The Everett at Ally Village

The Everett at Ally Village is a 264-unit Class “A” multifamily development located just east of N Big Spring Street in Midland.  As the name suggests, The Everett is located at Ally Village – a brand new walkable retail center featuring a wide range of tenants including AV Butter and Cork & Pig Tavern – two of Midland’s most popular restaurants.  Additionally, The Everett is also located within walking distance of the offices of some of the energy industry’s largest names including ConocoPhillips, Pioneer Natural Resources, and Apache Corp.  The community will offer residents first-class amenities including: a resort-style pool, large pool pavilion, golf simulator, state-of-the-art fitness center, yoga/spin room, fenced dog park, game lawn, putting green, package room, and controlled access gates.  The high-end amenities continue into the units with stainless steel appliances, modern quartz countertops, tile backsplashes, stainless steel farmhouse sinks, walk-in closets with built-in shelving, and private yards in select units.  The Everett at Ally Village is now leasing.

The Jameson At The Bluffs

The Jameson is a four-story luxury community, located just over a half-mile north of downtown Fort Worth.  The community’s central location places it near some of Fort Worth’s largest employment, retail, and recreational centers including: the Downtown CBD, Sundance Square, The Fort Worth Medical District, Fort Worth Stockyards, and Top Golf.  The development also benefits from its location near several of the city’s main transportation hubs and thoroughfares including: I-30, I-35W, Highway 121, and the Fort Worth International Transportation Center which will soon provide train service to both DFW International Airport and the Dallas CBD.  Location isn’t the only factor that sets the Jameson apart.  The Jameson will have first-class amenities including a stand-alone two-story clubhouse, complete with golf simulator, Wi-Fi lounge, game room, kitchen area, and a large rooftop lounge; a state-of-the-art two-story fitness center with a large group yoga/aerobics room; package room, security cameras, and controlled gate access.  The project will also feature multiple outdoor amenity areas containing a resort-style pool, outdoor kitchen and lounge area, yoga lawn, game lawn, hammock grove, shaded ramadas, and two dog parks.  The high-end amenities continue into the units with stainless steel appliances, ceramic backsplashes, quartz countertops, walk-in closets, and private yards with street access in select units.  The project will also include townhome units with direct access garages and private porches.  The Jameson began leasing in Winter 2020.

Coronado on Briarwood

Coronado on Briarwood is a 384-unit luxury apartment community located in northwest Midland.  The community is located less than a ten-minute drive from the area’s largest employment, retail, and recreational centers including: Chevron, Oxy, Anadarko, Grande Communications Football Stadium, the Midland RockHounds ballpark (Oakland Athletics affiliate), and Midland Park Mall.  Coronado on Briarwood features high-end amenities including: a resort-style pool and outdoor cooking area, state-of-the-art fitness center with yoga studio, fenced dog park, dog wash, golf and hunting simulator, game room with arcade games and pool table, conference room, business lounge, tanning beds, and coffee bar.  The high-end amenities continue into the units, which include: glass countertops, stainless steel appliances, farmhouse-style sinks, garden style tubs and/or walk in showers, and tile backsplashes in the kitchen.  These first-class amenities and finishes make Coronado on Briarwood the top community in the area. The project was completed in Q4 of 2020.

The Bowery at Southside

The Bowery at Southside is a four-story luxury community, located less than a mile south of downtown Fort Worth.  The community’s central location places it near some of Fort Worth’s largest employment, retail, and recreational centers including: The Fort Worth Medical District, Sundance Square, and Top Golf.  The development is also just one block east of South Main Street – a new hotspot that’s attracting many breweries, retail shops and restaurants in the area.  StoneHawk has also made its own impact on the area, as The City of Fort Worth provided TIF funding to create two new parks directly adjacent to the community.  The surrounding neighborhood certainly isn’t the only item that sets the Bowery apart.  The community features a one-of-a-kind courtyard that’s over 400 feet long and contains a resort-style pool, outdoor kitchen and lounge area, yoga lawn, game lawn, putting green, and a shaded ramada.  In addition to the courtyard, The Bowery has other first-class amenities including a state-of-the-art two-story fitness center with three personal workout rooms, a luxurious clubhouse with its own kitchen, a conference room, business center, package room, dog park, and a rooftop lounge.  The high-end amenities continue into the units with stainless steel appliances, ceramic backsplashes, and quartz countertops.  The project also includes 16 townhome units with direct access garages and private porches.  The project was completed in September of 2019.

The Woodford on Mockingbird

The Woodford on Mockingbird is a Class “A” three-story garden style community, situated on 17.6 acres in northern Midland.  The community’s location just north of the N Big Spring St and Loop 250 intersection, provides residents with easy access to two of the city’s main thoroughfares, making traveling within the city a breeze.  The Woodford will be the first Class “A” apartment community to open in Midland since the completion of the Oasis at Pavilion Park – another StoneHawk project – in 2016.  Set to be the premier luxury community in Midland, The Woodford offers residents first-class amenities including a resort-style swimming pool, multiple outdoor cooking areas, state-of-the-art fitness center, tanning beds, fenced dog park, golf and hunting simulator, putting green, coffee bar, package room, controlled gate access, high-end interior features including glass countertops, stainless steel appliances, and garden style tubs and/or walk in showers.  The Woodford was completed in October 2019.
