The Jameson is a four-story luxury community, located just over a half-mile north of downtown Fort Worth. The community’s central location places it near some of Fort Worth’s largest employment, retail, and recreational centers including: the Downtown CBD, Sundance Square, The Fort Worth Medical District, Fort Worth Stockyards, and Top Golf. The development also benefits from its location near several of the city’s main transportation hubs and thoroughfares including: I-30, I-35W, Highway 121, and the Fort Worth International Transportation Center which will soon provide train service to both DFW International Airport and the Dallas CBD. Location isn’t the only factor that sets the Jameson apart. The Jameson will have first-class amenities including a stand-alone two-story clubhouse, complete with golf simulator, Wi-Fi lounge, game room, kitchen area, and a large rooftop lounge; a state-of-the-art two-story fitness center with a large group yoga/aerobics room; package room, security cameras, and controlled gate access. The project will also feature multiple outdoor amenity areas containing a resort-style pool, outdoor kitchen and lounge area, yoga lawn, game lawn, hammock grove, shaded ramadas, and two dog parks. The high-end amenities continue into the units with stainless steel appliances, ceramic backsplashes, quartz countertops, walk-in closets, and private yards with street access in select units. The project will also include townhome units with direct access garages and private porches. The Jameson is scheduled to begin leasing in Summer 2020.
