The Jameson is a four-story luxury community, located just over a half-mile north of downtown Fort Worth. The community’s central location places it near some of Fort Worth’s largest employment, retail, and recreational centers including: the Downtown CBD, Sundance Square, The Fort Worth Medical District, Fort Worth Stockyards, and Top Golf. The development also benefits from its location near several of the city’s main transportation hubs and thoroughfares including: I-30, I-35W, Highway 121, and the Fort Worth International Transportation Center which will soon provide train service to both DFW International Airport and the Dallas CBD. Location isn’t the only factor that sets the Jameson apart. The project will also include townhome units with direct access garages and private porches. The Jameson began leasing in Winter 2020.
