The Huntley consists of approximately 296 units in a five-story wrap style community and will be StoneHawk’s third project in Fort Worth. Fifty-one percent of the project will be composed of affordable units available to those earning less than 80% AMI. As a result of this affordable component and a partnership with Fort Worth Housing Solutions (FWHS), the project will receive a 100% property tax exemption. The community’s location in the northeast portion of Downtown Fort Worth, place residents within walking distance of some of the city’s largest employers, retail centers, and entertainment destinations including: GM Financial, Oncor Electric, Sundance Square, Bass Concert Hall, and the Trinity River Trail. The Huntley also lies within a five-minute drive of The Fort Worth Medical District, the South Main Street and Magnolia Avenue retail districts, and Topgolf. A prime location won’t be the only factor that sets The Huntley apart. The Huntley will have first-class community amenities including: a resort-style pool, large outdoor kitchen and lounge area, state-of-the-art fitness center, rooftop lounge, golf simulator, business center, conference room, Wi-Fi lounge, dog park, dog wash, automated package room, security cameras, and controlled access gates. The high-end amenities continue into the units with stainless steel appliances, quartz kitchen and bathroom countertops, tile backsplashes, under cabinet lighting, and walk-in closets with built-in shelving. The Huntley is scheduled to begin leasing in Summer 2022.
