Zach has 15 years of professional real estate investment and development experience. Prior to co-founding StoneHawk Capital Partners in 2013, Zach worked for CBRE Melody and CWS Capital Partners. With strong experience in Acquisitions, Development, Operations, Asset Management, Capital Markets, and Equity Raising, Zach provides a variety of skills that benefits StoneHawk in executing on its investments. Developing, acquiring and managing over $2.0 billion of multifamily throughout the US with a focus in Texas, has resulted in establishing valuable relationships across the multifamily investment sector which create competitive opportunities for StoneHawk Capital Partners.
Zach graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and a Masters of Business Administration from SMU’s Cox School of Business Executive Program. He was a member of the USC Football team from 2001-2004 including the 2004 National Championship team. Actively involved in his community, Zach Co-Founded Rhapsody in Red in 2016, a non-profit organization that hosts charitable fundraising events.

Jordon Cox joined the StoneHawk team in March 2020 as a Development Analyst and plays a key role across the firm’s ground-up development projects and acquisitions. He is responsible for managing land acquisition, horizontal entitlements, equity and lender relationships, and overseeing the full closing process for new developments. Jordon is also deeply involved in asset management, including investor relationships and distributions, ultimately leading disposition process. Prior to joining StoneHawk, Jordon worked at CWS Capital Partners, where he assisted with asset and property management.
Jordon earned his Bachelor of Business Administration with Honors in Finance from the Rawls College of Business, at Texas Tech University. Jordon enjoys coaching and assisting with youth sports, as well as taking an active role in improving his local Fort Worth community.

Jarrett is a Partner at StoneHawk Capital Partners, bringing over 13 years of real estate investment and development experience across the multifamily sector. Prior to joining StoneHawk, Jarrett spent 13 years at CWS Capital Partners, where he led the company's development platform and oversaw all development activities. His experience spans a broad range of multifamily product types, from surface-parked garden communities to higher-density urban wrap and podium developments, as well as high-rise construction, with a focus on the Austin, Dallas, Houston, and Phoenix markets. Jarrett has been involved in approximately $1 billion of ground-up multifamily development, totaling more than 4,500 units, building a strong network of relationships throughout the multifamily investment industry that supports StoneHawk's continued growth.

Kristin has 20 years of professional accounting experience in hospitality, real estate investment and development. Prior to joining StoneHawk Capital Partners, Kristin worked for Landsea Homes, Rancho Mission Viejo, Palm Communities, Lowes Hotels, Landry’s and First Investment. Kristin’s extensive experience has led to her leading and participating in Accounting and Finance teams specializing in Single-Family Real Estate Development, Land Development, Commercial/Retail Development, Multi-Family Tax Credit/Bonds Developments, and Hotel/Restaurant Audit. Kristin’s expertise on Financial Reporting, all forms of commercial debt (pre-development, land, construction, permanent financing), public agency financing, and audit add important accounting experience to the StoneHawk team.
Kristin majored in International Business at San Diego State University, where she studied abroad and became fluent in Spanish. She also graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from University of Phoenix and is a current CPA candidate. She is an active supporter of many children’s special needs organizations as well as animal and equine rescue organizations.

Hunter Sanders joined StoneHawk Capital Partners in 2019 as a Staff Accountant and currently serves as the Assistant Controller. In this capacity, he is responsible for all aspects of corporate and development accounting for StoneHawk Capital Partners. Hunter has a strong background in real estate construction, investment, and development accounting, with nearly a decade of industry experience.
He is a current Certified Public Accountant (CPA) candidate and is actively pursuing licensure. Hunter graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a degree in Finance & Economics from Arkansas Tech University in 2016.

Luke Bridges joined StoneHawk Capital Partners in 2026 as a Development Analyst, where he supports financial modeling, capital markets, and asset management across the firm’s portfolio. Prior to joining StoneHawk, Luke worked on Transwestern’s Multifamily Investment Sales team, where he underwrote more than $1.2 billion in multifamily assets across North Texas.
Luke earned his bachelor’s degree from Harvard College in 2025, where he was a part of the Harvard Financial Analysts Club, the Harvard Undergraduate Real Estate Investment Group, and the Varsity Football team. He is also active in the Greater Dallas Planning Council, where he co-leads the NextGen Council mentorship program, and the Harvard Club of Dallas, where he co-leads the Young Alumni Special Interest Group.

Amanda Baker joined StoneHawk in 2026 as Director of Property Operations, bringing 17 years of experience in the multifamily industry. In her role, Amanda oversees property operations across the portfolio, working closely with management partners and onsite teams to drive leasing performance, strengthen resident retention, improve operational efficiencies, and maximize asset value. Her extensive background in property management provides a strong foundation for balancing day to day operations with long term ownership objectives.
Amanda attended Tarleton State University, where she studied Business Administration. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her daughter and family, traveling, exploring new places, and experiencing new things.

Mason Giles joined StoneHawk in March of 2025 as a senior accountant. Mason has six years of experience in Real Estate accounting that includes multi-family and commercial background. He graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration with a degree in Accounting from Texas Tech University in 2019.

Emily Carollo joined StoneHawk in November 2026 as a Senior Accountant, bringing nearly six years of experience in public accounting from Ernst & Young (EY). In her role, Emily supports StoneHawk’s accounting and financial operations, drawing on her background in financial reporting, technical accounting, and financial analysis.
Prior to joining StoneHawk, Emily worked at EY in Assurance serving clients across a variety of industries, including technology, renewable energy, construction engineering, and private equity. Her experience includes financial statement reporting, revenue recognition, internal controls, and working closely with client finance teams on complex accounting matters.
Emily graduated from Texas Christian University’s Neeley School of Business with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. Outside of work, she is a member of the Dallas Stars Ice Girls and enjoys staying involved in the Dallas community where she lives with her husband.

Erin Thomas joined the StoneHawk team in November 2026 as the Asset Manager, bringing years of experience in multifamily asset management and development across the Dallas-Fort Worth and Austin markets. In her role, Erin is responsible for the performance of StoneHawk’s operating portfolio, serving as the owner’s representative and primary point of contact from delivery or acquisition through disposition.
Prior to joining StoneHawk, Erin worked at StreetLights Residential and Mintwood Real Estate as the asset manager and developer of more than 2,000 multifamily units valued at $660 million across multifamily property types including boutique, mixed-use, mixed-income, podium, wrap and historic tower conversions.
Erin earned her Master of Business Administration in Real Estate on a full-ride scholarship from Southern Methodist University and her Bachelor of Science in Engineering Physics, graduating cum laude from Tulane University. She is engaged in the Dallas real estate community as a Board Member of the SMU Folsom Institute for Real Estate and an active member of The Real Estate Council.

Brandon has 17 years of professional project management and construction management experience in a multitude of construction sectors. Prior joining StoneHawk Capital Partners in 2014, Brandon worked for Fluor Corporation managing engineering, construction, and commissioning of projects in the Power, Energy & Chemicals, Mining, and Government sectors. Brandon has also managed projects in the heavy civil public sector and in the high-end custom home building markets of Southern California. He has spent almost half his career in the field, gaining first-hand construction experience across the United States, in addition to spending significant time over-seas as an ex-pat working on meg-projects for international governments. Brandon’s experience and knowledge allows StoneHawk to develop, engineer, and construct, a Class A product and living experience for residents and investors.
Brandon graduated from California State University Long Beach, School of Engineering with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering Management. He is California and Federal OSHA certified. He enjoys being an active volunteer at youth church programs and various philanthropic organizations to improve youth education.

Dan Wrenn joined the StoneHawk team in January of 2024 as a Construction Associate. Dan contributes in various ways to all StoneHawk construction projects.
Dan graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas Tech University. Dan has three years of previous experience in commercial real estate brokerage, with a focus on land disposition.

Sydney Bagwell joined Stonehawk in August 2025 as Construction Contract Administrator, bringing several years of experience in account management across a range of industries, including construction. In her role, Sydney supports the construction team by assisting with contracts and managing various software platforms critical to project execution and documentation. Her attention to detail and client-first mindset make her a key part of ensuring operational efficiency across the construction process.
Sydney holds a Bachelor of Arts from Louisiana Tech University. She is based in Dallas, where she enjoys walks around White Rock Lake and spending time with friends.
