Zach Sherwood

Zach has 15 years of professional real estate investment and development experience. Prior to co-founding StoneHawk Capital Partners in 2013, Zach worked for CBRE Melody and CWS Capital Partners. With strong experience in Acquisitions, Development, Operations, Asset Management, Capital Markets, and Equity Raising, Zach provides a variety of skills that benefits StoneHawk in executing on its investments. Developing, acquiring and managing over $2.0 billion of multifamily throughout the US with a focus in Texas, has resulted in establishing valuable relationships across the multifamily investment sector which create competitive opportunities for StoneHawk Capital Partners.

Zach graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and a Masters of Business Administration from SMU’s Cox School of Business Executive Program. He was a member of the USC Football team from 2001-2004 including the 2004 National Championship team. Actively involved in his community, Zach Co-Founded Rhapsody in Red in 2016, a non-profit organization that hosts charitable fundraising events.

Brian Woidneck

Brian has 15 years of professional real estate investment and development experience. Prior to co-founding StoneHawk Capital Partners in 2013, Brian worked for the Irvine Company, Archon Group a Goldman Sachs Company, and Healthcare Trust of America. With a diverse background in Acquisitions, Development, Asset Management and Capital Markets, Brian provides a unique perspective that contributes to StoneHawk’s strategic investment approach. Developing, acquiring and managing over $2.0 billion of various asset types in markets throughout the Western US brings a great deal of transactional experience to StoneHawk. Brian’s expertise on investment strategy, due diligence, and execution adds an effective element to the management and philosophy of StoneHawk Capital Partners.

Brian graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Real Estate Finance and Development, from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California. He is an active supporter and participant in various philanthropic efforts working to improve youth sports and education.

Brandon Hopkins

Brandon has 17 years of professional project management and construction management experience in a multitude of construction sectors. Prior joining StoneHawk Capital Partners in 2014, Brandon worked for Fluor Corporation managing engineering, construction, and commissioning of projects in the Power, Energy & Chemicals, Mining, and Government sectors. Brandon has also managed projects in the heavy civil public sector and in the high-end custom home building markets of Southern California. He has spent almost half his career in the field, gaining first-hand construction experience across the United States, in addition to spending significant time over-seas as an ex-pat working on meg-projects for international governments. Brandon’s experience and knowledge allows StoneHawk to develop, engineer, and construct, a Class A product and living experience for residents and investors.

Brandon graduated from California State University Long Beach, School of Engineering with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering Management. He is California and Federal OSHA certified. He enjoys being an active volunteer at youth church programs and various philanthropic organizations to improve youth education.

Teresa Alvarado

Teresa Alvarado joined Stonehawk in March 2025 as Senior Director of Operations & Asset Management, bringing more than a decade of experience in multifamily real estate. In her role, Teresa oversees all aspects of property operations from pre-development through stabilization, and ultimately through disposition or long-term holds. She serves as a strategic partner across departments, helping to guide each community through its full lifecycle with a focus on performance, efficiency, and long-term value creation.

Teresa holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Midwestern State University. She is based in Fort Worth, where she enjoys life with her husband and two children. As a family, they stay active in local sports and community service programs—and share a love for exploring escape rooms around the world.

Jordon Cox

Jordon Cox joined the StoneHawk team in March 2020 as a Development Analyst and plays a key role across the firm’s ground-up development projects and acquisitions. He is responsible for managing land acquisition, horizontal entitlements, equity and lender relationships, and overseeing the full closing process for new developments. Jordon is also deeply involved in asset management, including investor relationships and distributions, ultimately leading disposition process. Prior to joining StoneHawk, Jordon worked at CWS Capital Partners, where he assisted with asset and property management.

Jordon earned his Bachelor of Business Administration with Honors in Finance from the Rawls College of Business, at Texas Tech University. Jordon enjoys coaching and assisting with youth sports, as well as taking an active role in improving his local Fort Worth community.

Kristin Blair

Kristin has 20 years of professional accounting experience in hospitality, real estate investment and development. Prior to joining StoneHawk Capital Partners, Kristin worked for Landsea Homes, Rancho Mission Viejo, Palm Communities, Lowes Hotels, Landry’s and First Investment. Kristin’s extensive experience has led to her leading and participating in Accounting and Finance teams specializing in Single-Family Real Estate Development, Land Development, Commercial/Retail Development, Multi-Family Tax Credit/Bonds Developments, and Hotel/Restaurant Audit. Kristin’s expertise on Financial Reporting, all forms of commercial debt (pre-development, land, construction, permanent financing), public agency financing, and audit add important accounting experience to the StoneHawk team.

Kristin majored in International Business at San Diego State University, where she studied abroad and became fluent in Spanish. She also graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from University of Phoenix and is a current CPA candidate. She is an active supporter of many children’s special needs organizations as well as animal and equine rescue organizations.

Hunter Sanders

Hunter Sanders joined StoneHawk Capital Partners in 2019 as a Staff Accountant and currently serves as the Assistant Controller. In this capacity, he is responsible for all aspects of corporate and development accounting for StoneHawk Capital Partners. Hunter has a strong background in real estate construction, investment, and development accounting, with nearly a decade of industry experience.

He is a current Certified Public Accountant (CPA) candidate and is actively pursuing licensure. Hunter graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a degree in Finance & Economics from Arkansas Tech University in 2016.

Greg Woidneck

Greg Woidneck joined StoneHawk in March of 2018 as a Construction Associate. He has 5 years of experience in construction management and has worked on multiple property types including: Multi-Family, Retail, and Public Works. Greg graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Real Estate Finance & Development, from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California. After working in the Real Estate Finance industry for a couple years, Greg began pursuing his interests in construction & engineering. He earned his Master of Science in Construction Engineering & Management from California State University, Fullerton.

Dan Wrenn

Dan Wrenn joined the StoneHawk team in January of 2024 as a Construction Associate. Dan contributes in various ways to all StoneHawk construction projects.

Dan graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas Tech University. Dan has three years of previous experience in commercial real estate brokerage, with a focus on land disposition.

Griffin Perotti

Griffin Perotti joined StoneHawk Capital Partners in 2023 as a Development Analyst. His role includes financial modeling, market research, and underwriting, while also playing a key part in the ongoing success of properties through both asset management and investment management efforts.

Before StoneHawk, Griffin worked at CBRE on both the Debt & Structured Finance and Investment Sales teams, focusing on multifamily assets. He graduated from Texas A&M in 2022 and brings a strong background in real estate and capital markets to his work at StoneHawk.

Mason Giles

Mason Giles joined StoneHawk in March of 2025 as a senior accountant. Mason has six years of experience in Real Estate accounting that includes multi-family and commercial background. He graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration with a degree in Accounting from Texas Tech University in 2019.

Sydney Bagwell

Sydney Bagwell joined Stonehawk in August 2025 as Construction Contract Administrator, bringing several years of experience in account management across a range of industries, including construction. In her role, Sydney supports the construction team by assisting with contracts and managing various software platforms critical to project execution and documentation. Her attention to detail and client-first mindset make her a key part of ensuring operational efficiency across the construction process.

Sydney holds a Bachelor of Arts from Louisiana Tech University. She is based in Dallas, where she enjoys walks around White Rock Lake and spending time with friends.
