The Grayson

The Grayson is a four-story luxury community, located just over a half-mile east of downtown Fort Worth. The community’s central location places it near some of Fort Worth’s largest employment, retail, and recreational centers including: the Downtown CBD, Sundance Square, The Fort Worth Medical District, Fort Worth Stockyards, and Top Golf. The development also benefits from its location near several of the city’s main transportation hubs and thoroughfares including: I-30, I-35W, Highway 121, and the Fort Worth International Transportation Center which provides train service to both DFW International Airport and the Dallas CBD. Location isn’t the only factor that sets The Grayson apart. The Grayson will have first-class amenities including a stand-alone two-story clubhouse, complete with golf simulator, Wi-Fi lounge, game room, kitchen area, and a large rooftop lounge; a state-of-the-art two-story fitness center with a large group yoga/aerobics room; package room, security cameras, and controlled gate access. The high-end amenities continue into the units with stainless steel appliances, ceramic backsplashes, quartz countertops, walk-in closets, and private yards with street access in select units. The Grayson will begin leasing in 2023.

The Beckley

The Beckley consists of 340 units in a five-story wrap style building and will be StoneHawk’s fourth project in DFW.  Sitting just two blocks from I-30 and immediately across the Trinity River from Downtown Dallas, the project has  tremendous visibility and drive-by traffic.  The Beckley’s location just a mile southwest of downtown, places residents within short distance of some of the city’s largest employment hubs, retail centers, and entertainment destinations including: the Dallas Medical District, downtown CBD, Trinity Groves, Bishop arts, American Airlines Center, and the Trinity River Trail.  The prime location won’t be the only factor that sets The Beckley apart from the competition.  The Beckley will have first-class community amenities including: a resort-style pool, large outdoor kitchen and lounge area, state-of-the-art fitness center, rooftop lounge, golf simulator, business center, Wi-Fi lounge, dog park, automated package room, security cameras, and controlled access gates.  The high-end amenities continue to the units with stainless steel appliances, quartz kitchen and bathroom countertops, tile backsplashes, under cabinet lighting, and walk-in closets with built-in shelving.  The Beckley is scheduled to being leasing in Summer 2022.

The Hudson on 158

The Hudson on 158 is a 312-unit luxury apartment community situated on 13.4 acres of prime frontage along Highway 158 in Midland, Texas.  The community is located just two minutes north of Westridge Park, which has become the main hub of activity in Midland.  Westridge Park is home to the regional headquarters of some of Midland’s largest employers including Chevron, Occidental, and EOG Resources; eleven hotels, and Security Bank Ballpark – stadium for the Oakland Athletics AA affiliate, The Midland Rockhounds.  The Hudson on 158 features high-end community amenities including: a resort-style pool, pool pavilion housing kitchen and lounge areas, state-of-the-art fitness center with yoga/spin studio, tanning beds, golf and hunting simulator, game lawn, putting green, fenced dog park, dog wash, automated package room, and controlled gate access.  Luxurious unit interiors will include stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, ceramic backsplashes, stainless steel farmhouse kitchen sinks, and walk-in closets with built-in shelving.  The Hudson is set to begin leasing in Summer 2021.

The Huntley

The Huntley consists of approximately 296 units in a five-story wrap style community and will be StoneHawk’s third project in Fort Worth.  Fifty-one percent of the project will be composed of affordable units available to those earning less than 80% AMI.  As a result of this affordable component and a partnership with Fort Worth Housing Solutions (FWHS), the project will receive a 100% property tax exemption.  The community’s location in the northeast portion of Downtown Fort Worth, place residents within walking distance of some of the city’s largest employers, retail centers, and entertainment destinations including: GM Financial, Oncor Electric, Sundance Square, Bass Concert Hall, and the Trinity River Trail.  The Huntley also lies within a five-minute drive of The Fort Worth Medical District, the South Main Street and Magnolia Avenue retail districts, and Topgolf.  A prime location won’t be the only factor that sets The Huntley apart.  The Huntley will have first-class community amenities including: a resort-style pool, large outdoor kitchen and lounge area, state-of-the-art fitness center, rooftop lounge, golf simulator, business center, conference room, Wi-Fi lounge, dog park, dog wash, automated package room, security cameras, and controlled access gates.  The high-end amenities continue into the units with stainless steel appliances, quartz kitchen and bathroom countertops, tile backsplashes, under cabinet lighting, and walk-in closets with built-in shelving.  The Huntley is scheduled to begin leasing in Summer 2022.
